How to get the Piercing Throw

Location: The Piercing Throw is dropped by specific enemies in the Siofra River area.

 

Go to Siofra River Well, east of Limgrave (accessible through Mistwood).

 

Navigate to the area with the Ancestral Followers (deer-like enemies).

 

Farm Enemies: Look for Ancestor Followers wielding spears. These enemies have a chance to drop War Puncture Ash when defeated.
